BigWim Terms and Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Rules

1Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to BigWim. By registering, accessing, or using any part of the BigWim platform, you agree to be bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and BigWim as the platform operator.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted to use BigWim's services. Continued use following any changes to these terms is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

2User Eligibility

To use the bigwim platform, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age limit: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. BigWim does not accept registrations from individuals under 18 years of age under any circumstances.
• Individual: A BigWim account may only be registered by an individual person, not by a company, organisation, automated bot, or corporate entity.
• Not prohibited: You are not on any active self-exclusion programme list, and your use of this platform does not violate any laws or regulations applicable to you.
• Full capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active BigWim account. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, identity, email address, phone number, or device is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in all associated accounts being terminated without prior notice.

3.2 Accurate and Up-to-Date Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, truthful, and current. BigWim reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time to verify the information provided. Inaccurate or false information may result in account termination.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. BigWim will never ask for your password via email, phone, or any other communication channel. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

BigWim conducts a rigorous KYC process to ensure the safety of all users. This process may require you to submit a copy of your identification document, proof of address, or other relevant information. Withdrawals will not be processed until the KYC process is fully completed.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit

BigWim accepts deposits via a range of local Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, licensed e-wallets, and bank transfers. All deposits must come from a payment method registered in the user's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the chosen payment method.
• BigWim does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your financial institution may apply their own charges.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) except for crypto deposits.

4.2 Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your BigWim account will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy. All withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for security and anti-money laundering compliance purposes.

• The KYC verification process must be completed before the first withdrawal is permitted.
• BigWim reserves the right to request additional documents to verify large withdrawal amounts.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 24 and 72 hours depending on the method selected.

4.3 Suspicious Activity

BigWim monitors all transactions to detect any suspicious activity. Accounts involved in suspicious transactions, money laundering, or financial fraud will be immediately blocked and reported to the relevant authorities.

5Platform Usage

5.1 Permitted Use

The BigWim platform is provided solely for legitimate entertainment and online gaming purposes. You agree to use this platform only for personal purposes that do not conflict with any applicable laws or regulations.

5.2 General Prohibitions

You are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the BigWim platform:

• Using automated software, bots, spiders, or scripts to access or play on the platform.
• Technical manipulation, system intrusion, or attempting to exploit vulnerabilities in any game or platform.
• Colluding with other players to cheat or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using an account on behalf of another individual, or allowing others to use your account.
• Taking any action that could damage, disrupt, or overload the BigWim infrastructure.
• Spreading false or misleading information about BigWim to other parties.

6Bonuses and Promotions

BigWim offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to enhance the gaming experience. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the rules set out for each promotion.

• Wagering requirement: Each bonus has a wagering requirement that must be met before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.
• One bonus per promotion: Each user is only eligible to receive a bonus once per designated promotion, unless otherwise stated.
• Validity period: Each bonus has a validity period that must be observed. Expired bonuses cannot be used or redeemed.
• Bonus abuse: BigWim reserves the right to void any bonus if a user is found to have abused the promotions system, including opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses.

7Responsible Gaming

BigWim is committed to responsible gaming principles. We believe that online gaming should be a source of entertainment, not stress or financial hardship. To that end, we provide a range of tools to help users stay in control:

• Deposit limit: Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their account settings.
• Loss limit: Users can set a loss limit which, once reached, will temporarily prevent any further wagering.
• Time limit: Users can set a daily playtime limit to avoid excessive gaming sessions.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gaming can request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the BigWim customer support team.

8Copyright and Intellectual Property

• You may not copy, distribute, republish, or use any BigWim content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
• The "BigWim" name and associated logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• Games available on the BigWim platform are the property of their respective game providers and are protected by the relevant licenses.

9Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may close your BigWim account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all eligible balances must be withdrawn through the standard process. Any remaining balance 90 days after the account closure request may be forfeited.

9.2 Termination by BigWim

BigWim reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account with or without prior notice in the following situations:

• The user violates any terms in this document.
• There is activity indicating fraud, manipulation, or money laundering.
• The user provides false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months.
• Required to comply with regulatory authority instructions or legal obligations.

10Liability Limit

BigWim provides its platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption at all times. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• BigWim is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of the platform.
• BigWim is not liable for service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including network issues, power outages, or natural disasters.
• BigWim's total liability to any user is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Terms Amendment

BigWim reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via in-platform notifications or registered email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when these terms were last revised. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
